Trauma informed Yoga therapy is the process of contributing to the healing of those impacted by traumatic life events by sharing healthy, body-based self-regulation strategies to empower them to live connected and safely embodied lives. Through the application of the philosophies and techniques of Yoga I support trauma survivors in their long-term stability, resilience and recovery.
